(2),32,(2)pp. With 4 mounted specimens of early California job printing (dated 1857-1864). The samples include a County of Los Angeles real estate tax payment receipt dated 1857, a stock certificate of the Antelope Silver Mining Company dated 1864, with two 25¢ revenue stamps, a San Francisco merchant's bill dated 1858, and a San Francisco bank check from 1857. Edition limited to 200 copies printed by Wm. M. Cheney. Tan cloth stamped in red & brown.             $450.00 (trade discount allowed)
"Early California Travel Series XXVI." This is one of the very few copies to have an original example of job printing from Los Angeles.
