The original 15 issues (12" x 9"), from Volume 1, Number 1, December 1936 to Volume 2, Number 3, February-March 1938. Each monthly issue is about 30 pages, but the final number is 60 pages and contains a 3-page index for the series. All the issues are housed in the publisher's printed and gilt trimmed thin cardboard slipcase (defective, with the spine panel lacking so that it is now open on both sides).    $200.00 (trade discount allowed)
