First edition. 4to. (12),144,(4)pp. With A1 blank present, the leaf of ads at back and the leaf of errata. Illustrated with 9 copper engraved plates, 4 of which are double page, complete. Some text woodcuts. Orig. blind tooled calf, neatly plainly rebacked, some time ago.   A beautiful fine copy, written by the eldest son of Sir Thomas Browne, M. D. who assisted his son on this Thomas's first book. The double page engravings are town views, including one plan of a walled city.    $1,500.00 (trade discount allowed)
