Apparently the edition was split between two publishers in London, Heinemann and Rebman (known for publishing medical books). Both appear with either 1908 or 1909 imprint dates. The English translation is quite scarce. Rebman's note in the preface states that the book would be sold only to members of the medical and legal professions. Currently there is one copy only offered for sale on-line of either the 1908 or 1909 imprints, but it is a ghost listing, the book is no longer available for sale.
