editions by artists such as Arthur Rackham, Thomas Hart Benton, and many 
more. Printed by the Thistle Press and A. Colish, as well as special 
printers for many of the inserts. Designed by Robert L. Dothard. Issued 
unsigned. Of a total edition of 1500 copies, this copy is out of series 
and not numbered. Close to Fine in a Very Good slipcase with slight loss
