Edition. Quarto (9-/8" x 11-1/2") in stiff white printed wrappers
printed in red and black in glassine dustwrapper and original gold foil
slipcase, housed in a modern cloth clamshell box with a printed morocco
spine label. Frontispiece portrait of MacLeish by Paul Emile Becat. Copy
#32 of 50 copies (of a total edition of 100) on Japan vellum. Though not
called for, this copy is SIGNED by the poet on the half-title page. Fine
in glassine in a Good example of the fragile slipcase, missing one edge
and with some fraying, in a Fine clamshell box. (#019982) $1,250
