See Bondy, MINIATURE BOOKS pp. 152-153 where he discusses Rock's "Bijou" travel miniature series, but he only mentions the BIJOU ILLUSTRATIONS OF THE HOLY LAND that was published in America by J. Hamilton in Philadelphia, bound in gilt stamped cloth.
