Two small folio (8-3/4" x 10-3/4") volumes bound in one in publisher's
embossed morocco leather, all edges gilt. Topographical and historical
descriptions by L. T. Ventouillac. Illustrated with 202 steel-engraved
views on 101 sheets and 2 steel-engraved title pages. Lacking tissue
guards. Bookplate on front pastedown; offsetting and foxing to text,
plates generally clean. Backstrip detached but present; front cover
