Yea, fortune would have it that as of Monday morning, I have 18 lovely items for sale at our booth in the Getman Fair. — which continues all day (Monday) till 8 pm Eastern.

Our offerings include: 

     * An uncommon discourse by Jonathan Edwards (of “fire and brimstone“fame)

     *A fabulous full color silent movie poster from 1922 which depicts the devil playing chess using human beings as  chess pieces.

     * A beautiful three-volume set of reproduced medieval manuscript and images by chromolithograph pioneer Curmer, SIGNED by Queen Consort Margherita of Savoy

      * A pamphlet issued by Harvard undergraduates in 1807, Rebelling against nauseating food in their cafeteria, and maggots in their cabbage soup.

     *A baby shoe SIGNED by famed aviatrix and probable spy Amelia Earhart, from her airshow days.

     *A narrative on Reconstruction by 19th century Black congressman from Mississippi, SIGNED

     *A prisoner-produced book of  Original writing published in 1906 by the inmates of the notorious Oregon State Prison in Salem, OR

     *Fascinating 1716 travel narrative about Russia under the Czar SIGNED twice by sea captain Perry, who wrote it all down

     *Wm. Smith’s early History of the Province of New York (1757)

Plus Hallucinogenic Mushrooms by Wasson, Frank Sinatra’s rare vocal techniques explained, Scarce authorized (and largely destroyed) biography of outlaw Jesse James, a home-published Vietnam narrative by a group of Purple Heart awardees, which include their harrowing combat experiences, their poetry, and yes, their recipes; A 16th century book of sermons buy a famed Swiss Reform Calvinist Rudolf Gwalther, a sought after civil war narrative/regimental history, Captain Stedman’s narrative of five years attempt to put down the slave revolt in Suriname.

Several of the items have been marked down ( it’d  be too heavy to drag all those bytes back home anyhow!), and trade terms are offered to bona fide dealers.
