1. One of 55 copies of Paul Verlaine’s ‘Dedicaces’ with an autograph poem (est: $7000-10000)

4. A late 15th-century illuminated miniature on vellum by Martino da Modena  ($3500-5000)

5. American author and shipping magnate R.B. Minturn’s copy of ‘Rambles and Recollections of an Indian Official’ by W.H. Sleeman,
inscribed in Bombay on 12th March 1856 (est: $4000-6000)

11. There is also what appears to be an unusual variant issue of what is ‘widely considered the most beautiful English botanical
print’: Dr. Thornton’s ‘Tulips’ (est: $3000-5000)

12. The antiquarian book section is spearheaded by two exceptional copies of quite well-known works, the first is an
excellent copy of the first edition in English of the Koran (‘The Alcoran of Mahomet’, London: 1649. est: $4000-6000)

27. There is also a quite rare wall map (in sections) of the French Cote d’Azur, Northern Italy, Alps, Nice, Milan,
Venice: Nicolas De Fer’s ‘L'Italie, aux environs du Po’ (Paris: probably after 1720. Est: $1200-1800)
