Ezra from Aardvark offers this nice, working copy of Jack London’s Call of The Wild. 

Octavo. Olive green cloth-covered boards, with large five-color decoration  (red, gilt, black and grey and white)
in three panels, depicting musher with dog team to front board,  with single sled dog graphic to spine. Rubbing 
and wear to extremities. Hinges started Signatures partially sprung, but stitching holding well. Top edge gilt. Fore-edge and tail untrimmed. Previous
owner’s name in red, to front free endpaper.

Second Printing of this beloved American classic, issued same month as first printing.  231 pp, with one advertising leaf at rear.
Copyright page states “Set up, electrotyped, and published July, 1903. Reprinted July, 1903.” Tissue-guarded
frontispiece and all illustrations as called for, present. (Illustrated by Philip R. Goodwin and Charles Livingston Bull,
with decorations by Charles Edward Hooper.
