I tiok in a set of the 11th edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica in an accompanying upright slotted tall cabinet. I think the spines were originally the same dark green color as the flexible sueded “boards”, and in the ensuing 111 years, have been sunned to a light brown.

The set is generally in lovely condition but for the sunning. - even has the auxiliary cabinet which sits on top of the main cabinet to accommodate the three 1922 “New“ volumes (Vols. 30-32) which “transform” the set to the 12th edition

Is there anything I can do to treat the suede to last longer which won’t discolor or damage it?
