Ezra from Aardvark Offers Two Funeral Orations Commemorating the Life of General Alexander Hamilton:


An Oration, commemorative of the late Major-General Alexander Hamilton; Pronounced Before The New-York State Society of the Cincinnati, on Tuesday, The 31st July, 1804, BY J. M. MASON, D.D.
Mason’s Oration, Title and following page, detached down to but not including the bottom stab hole. Title page shows a diagonal scrape across Mason’s name and church name, and some light scattered foxing, as well as (foxing) to the blank verso, and to the following acknowledgements page. The bottom corner of p. 37 was once dog-eared and has broken off. 
The appendix comprises Hamilton’s will, Benjamin Moore’s letter, and Mason’s letter.   Very Good Minus.	40 pp.					 										       $475

Eulogy on Gen. Alexander Hamilton, Pronounced at the Request of The Citizens of Boston, July 26, 1804, by
Hon. Harrison G. Otis, Esq. Printed and sold by Manning & Loring, No. 2 Cornell. 1804.
Title page shows a 2” x 1 1/4” notch cut out. of top right corner, where trace of previous owner’s name is still visible bordering the excision point. 
Apart from this, and the first signature being separated from the last two, near fine throughout. 24 pp.																			$250
