The rare first edition of this commentary on an ordinance of Louis XV regulating gifts and bequests. This clearly became the standard work as it was subsequently reprinted many times. Boutaric (1672-1743) was an important jurist and professor of law at the University of Toulouse. This is the only copy of the first edition currently for sale on-line.
