8vo.  (12), 796,(6)pp.   A fine contemporary binding ofpolished blind tooled calf with brass pieces along both covers, top and bottom,with 3 horizontal strips of leather on the spine with brass studs.  Front cover with a central brass piece, withthe initials "H. B." and rear cover with a brass piece dated "1779".  Lacking the fore-edge clasps.  Spine a bit rubbed and text with some lightsoiling, but overall a very nice copy in an unusual contemporary binding.
