$200
A great book auction catalog by the American firm largely responsible for building collector interest in American first editions.   In this sale (120 years ago) a London, 1608 Froissart sold for $1.00, Hakluyt's very rare VIRGINIA RICHLY VALUED, 1609 for   $90, George Washinton's WILL OF.... Alexandria, 1800 for $10, and a Kelmscott Chaucer for $500 - I suspect this may be the   first auction record for this book?  These are just random examples of so many great items.
