Andrews (1746-1813) born in Maryland, was the Vice Provost of the University ofPennsylvania in 1801; in 1810 he became the fourth provost of the University.  This 
is his first book.  Earlier titles on logic appeared in 18th century America, but they 
were reprints of British authors.  Shaw & Shoemaker (1801) #68.  No copy is currently
recorded for sale on Vialibri.
