Coward's First Book and his first play produced in the West End. At the 
age of 20, he also performed in the role of Bobbie. The play ran for a 
month at the New Theatre (later renamed the Noel Coward Theatre) and was 
also Coward's first play in America. This copy lists two other works by 
Coward--THE YOUNG IDEA and HAY FEVER--dating this to 1925. SIGNED by the 
author on the half-title page and scarce as such. Near Fine. (#021223)
