ships and merchant ships, [2] pp. Facsimile of the 1814 publication of 
these illustrations of various ships, text in French; text clean, 
unmarked. Full brown morocco, covers decorated and ruled in gilt, 4 
raised bands, spine titled and decorated in gilt, moiré silk end-papers, 
all edges gilt; binding square and tight, spine lightly faded. INSCRIBED 
in May 1972 in French by unidentified gift-givers. Mel Kavin’s copy. 
KJH1123-105. Very Good.
