Original pale blue-gray wrappers with a printed paper label on the front
wrapper. Ownership signature of Agnes Mongan on the front endpaper. Lightly
bumped at the foot of the backstrip and corners, otherwise fine in
publisher's quarter cloth and paper boards portfolio. The portfolio is
rebacked, its corners are bumped and repaired, and. the label and boards
darkened. Of 212 copies, one of 100 numbered copies for Zeitlin & Ver
Brugge, signed by Aldous Huxley. Designed by Arnold Fawcus. [36] pp,
followed by 17 unnumbered plates (in this copy two of the plates are
numbered 16, though they differ). $300.

Company, Publishers, 1952. Original cloth. Corners bumped, otherwise fine
in lightly soiled dust jacket with several closed tears. 41 pp., followed
by 135 reproductions on 129 plates. The author was curator of prints at the
Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. $50.

wrappers. Pencilled ownership signature of Agnes Mongan on the front free

by Adolf K. Placzek. Introduction to the exhibition by Dorothea Nyberg.
