We would like to invite you to attend this year's Oak Knoll Fest, North
America's largest Fine-Press Book Exhibition!

Oak Knoll Fest is an international celebration of the book arts offering a
unique adventure for fine book lovers, collectors and those simply wanting
to learn more about the book arts to intermingle with fine-press book
traditionalists and artists. Bringing in 40 different fine-presses from
around the world to exhibit their work, Oak Knoll Fest is the largest
Fine-Press Exhibition in North America, providing a truly rare opportunity
for you to come peruse and enjoy the work of the fine-press world.

This year will be our 11th Fest and it is going to be a special one. It
will be held on Saturday and Sunday, the 2nd and 3rd of October here in New
Castle, DE. The great thing about this year is that it will be directly
related to the APHA (American Printing History Association) conference
taking place on Thursday, Sept. 30 and Friday, Oct. 1, at the University of
Delaware, just 20 minutes away.

During this year's Oak Knoll Fest, there will be two entertaining and
thought-provoking panel discussions, stemming from the same theme as the
APHA Conference theme of Book Illustration. Following is the information
about these panels:

- Saturday, October 2, 10-11am
Title: "Instructions for Assembly: Building a book arts collection"
Moderator: Tim Murray, University of DE
Panel: Connell Gallagher (University of VT), Rebecca Johnson Melvin
(University of DE) and Ruth Rogers (Wellesley College).

- Sunday, October 3, 10-11am
Title: "Picturing the Future: The Illustrated Book in the 21st Century"
Moderator: Breon Mitchell, Lilly Library
Panel: Johanna Drucker (author and book artist), Jae Rossman (Yale) and
Martin Antonetti (Smith College).
