      Originally published in 1934, this edition contains descriptions of
over 10,000 different kinds of arms and armor with 875 photo-engraved
illustrations. An exhaustive study of soldiering tools in all countries from
the stone age up to World War II. Bound in brown cloth over boards with gilt
stamped spine lettering. Binding straight and sound, prior owner bookplate
on front pastedown, bottom edges of both boards and spine are faded and
moderately dampstained up to about .5"--textblock not affected. Jacket has
shallow edge wrinkles and wear.    $75.00
