       leather  with  color  frontispiece. Limited  and  true  First
       Edition  SIGNED by the author and with an introduction by him
       not included in the trade edition. There was also a "Gift" Edition
       with a PRINTED signature that, alas, many have unknowingly acquired
       thinking it was genuine.  Fine               $500.00
