Unpaginated (about 60 pages, printed recto only, so actually 120
pages): black & white wood engravings throughout.  Binding
height: 10".  Original heavy maroon cloth with beveled boards,
ornate gold-stamped leafy design to boards & spine -- leaves are
thick heavy cover stock, almost as stiff as card stock -- all
leaf-edges gilt.  Book Fair to Good: spine darkened, spine cloth
split at joints (joints & hinges still strong, though), moderate
bumping & rubbing to fore-corners, damp-stains to bottom 3/4" of
all leaves (well clear of engravings), light to moderate foxing
to all leaves (heavy to half-title leaf).  Pluses: image areas
free of foxing & staining, front & back boards still bright &
