The First 11 pages of this new edition, one year after the first, are used 
in countering arguments by John Pascoe Fawkner, that he, indeed, was the 
founder. This is a biography incorporating letters, journals of several 
people and  treaties and dealings with the native population. It is rare. 
Victoria is one of th e two most dynamic Australian states. Sydney is its

1 in the UK [EQO]. The First edition, minus the 11 pages of rebuttal to
