(Augustin) Libraire, Lithographie de Nouvian a Metz. 1837. Folio. Unpaginated. Hand 
written (in long hand) and illustrated, and then completely lithographed; with a 
title leaf, 28 double-page (folding) plates, and a table of contents leaf (all 
are lithographed on one side only). Burgundy morocco, quite scuffed, over 
patterned cloth, a bit soiled. 4” split at top of front hinge. Perforated library 
stamp at bottom blank margin of title.     $375.00 (trade discount allowed)
A very scarce teaching aid for students of geometry. The author was a 
professor, first at the Polytechnical School, and afterwards at the Artillery School 
in Metz.
