[Rarebooks] FS: Jean Charlot's PICTURE BOOK, 1/32 annotated artist's copies with an Original Sketch and Proofs

CHARLOT,  Jean.  PICTURE  BOOK. New  York:  John  Becker
         1933. Quarto.  Copy #13 of only 32 annotated artist's  copies
         (there  were also 500 numbered copies) containing an ORIGINAL
         SKETCH  and  a set of 12 progressive proofs of  a  plate--all
         SIGNED  in  pencil  and labeled by Charlot. This is  #1  of 5
         sets of  these  proofs of Plate 13: Builder and  contains  an
         original  sketch  by Charlot with the same title.  SIGNED  on
         the colophon  page  as well by Charlot, typesetter Lynton  R.
         Kistler,  and  designer Merle Armitage. The white  wraps  are
         lighty  soiled  with very small tears at the spine tips.  The
         contents  are  fine and largely unopened. Lacking the  scarce
         wrapper,  which  it probably never had. About Fine in  recent
         half morocco slipcase.                              $10,000.00
