This declaration  surrounding the assassination
of President John F. Kennedy,  and the Warren Commission
 by President Lyndon B. Johnson.
The mother of Lee Harvey Oswald, Marguerite C. Oswald
protests the findings of the Warren Commission and brings in
the Watergate affair to prove her theory and strengthens her
conviction...

"..regarding the Commission that was formed to evaluate
 the facts surrounding the  " alleged"    assassination of 
President John F. Kennedy....
the suspect was my son and seven such respected men
branded a  dead man, who was neither tried nor convicted,
Assassin.  "
