DEM BUSSCHE
Oakland, CA Peter and the Wolf Editions 1987 First Edition Large folio 
(21-3/4" x 17-3/4") consisting of loose sheets of text and fifteen 
archival photographs (12-1/4" x 14-3/4") printed by Peter Rutledge Koch 
on a Matte surface fiber-based paper and mounted onto the rag boards 
similar to that the poems are printed on. Each photograph has been 
SIGNED on the mat by the photographer. The loose sheets are housed in a 
chemise constructed by Klaus-Ulrich Rotzscher of acid-free materials 
covered with German linen. This is then housed in a heavy slipcase of 
native black walnut, handcrafted by the master cabinet makers at 
Shigoto-Ya, Inc. The edition was strictly limited to 125 portfolios of 
which 25 were reserved for the participants, 75 were for sale, and 25 
were reserved for subscribers. The copies reserved for participants were 
lettered A through Y. This is Copy "E" and states it is William 
Everson's copy who wrote the introduction. A magnificent production 
blending California photographs with poetry. Fine in Very Good chemise & 
slipcase with a few light scratches.  Large and very heavy!   $5000.00
