Mount Horeb, WI: The Perishable Press Summer 1970. First
Edition. Copy #175 of 200 printed on Shadwell paper by
Walter and Mary Hamady and bound in gray-blue morocco-backed
marbled boards by Douglas Cockerell. The fictitious author
Gardons, an anagram of Snodgrass, is described as having
disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Laid in is a
TYPED LETTER SIGNED, as "Walter and Mary," from the printer
on the press letterhead. Hamady adds a holograph note about
the letterhead not being pritned by them. Fine, earthy
content about books and gardening. Fine without dustwrapper,
as issued. $250.00
