BEN-GURION,  David.  AUTOGRAPH  LETTER  SIGNED  (ALS). A
          short but  interesting letter in English on 4-3/4" x 7" ruled
          paper dated  "Ideh Boker, 13.1.71 to a Dr. Moises Tractenberg
          with his  address  written below by Ben-Gurion. In  full:  "I
          tried to  make  clear my view about circumcision in my  first
          letter  -- I have nothing more to say on the matter."  SIGNED
          "D. Ben-Gurion."  Nicely matted and framed to an overall size
          of 10-1/2"  x  14"  with  an envelope  containing  two  large
          stamps  of Israel's first Prime Minister postmarked in  1983.
