and Broderip [1785]. Folio (9" x 13") bound in later cloth
with a leather spine label. A collection of 11 songs and
ballads, entirely engraved, including: "Lady Jane Gray's
Lamentation to Lord Guilford Dudley" and "The Celebrated
Death Song of the Cherokee Indian" (both with parts for
guitar and German flute), "Margaret's Ghost" (with parts for
Harpsichord and German flute or guitar), "Slave Bear the
Sparkling Goblet Round" (with adaptation for the
harpsichord), "Balow My Babe" (with adaptation for the
harpsichord), "The New Gilderoy" (with adaptation for the
harpsichord), "Gentle River" (with adaptation for the
harpsichord, piano forte, or harp), "Bryan and Pereene: A
West India Ballad Founded on a Real Fact that Happen'd near
the Island of St. Christophers," "Damon and Delia," "O Say
Bonny Lass" (with adaptation for the guitar), and "Litot que
Lubin maima." Cloth chipped at spine tips; leather label
mostly eroded. Contents clean. Very Good $750.00
