          "First   Edition,"  though  First   Printing  might  be  more
          accurate.  Housed  in a cloth chemise and  matching  slipcase
          with leather  label.  Leather  bookplate on  verso  of  front
          wrap. Slight wear. Near Fine and scarce thus.        $1500.00
