ARCHITECTS, ENGRAVERS, ENGINEERS, ARTISTS, SIGN PAINTERS, DRAUGHTSMEN, &C.
New York: William T. Comstock, 1884. 4th Revised Edition, Full cloth, Oblong
Quarto, [iv], 35 pages (numbered on rectos only). .
      Samples of numerous lettering styles and alphabets, along with a one
page section titled "Useful Hints for Draftsmen," which includes information
on tracing and transferring letters and drawings, and instructions for
preparing India ink. Bound in full cloth over boards with gilt-stamped spine
and upper board, blind-stamped border on upper board, decorated endpapers.
Lacks front free endpaper, but hinges are not broken. Leaf 33 has a 1"
closed edge tear that doesn't extend into any of the printed page. A few
shallow and faint moisture tide marks at top edges, mild browning to
textblock. Exterior has a few rubs and spots.    $150.00
