We offer for Sale:

Kauffmann, Murray. (aka Murray the K). MURRAY THE K'S MUSIC IN THE
FIFTH DIMENSION. New York: Raydell, 1967. Unpaged (16 pp.). Illus.
with 23 b/w photos. 4to. (12 x 9 in.). Paper wrappers.

Brochure from one of the most incredible packaged shows, running
March 25 to April 2 at the RKO Theater in NYC, and perhaps the last
of its caliber with headliners Mitch Ryder, Wilson Picket, Smokey
Robinson, The Blues Project; secondary acts: The Cream, The Who, Jim
and Jean. Mandala; and guests Phil Ochs, Simon and Garfunkel, The
Young Rascals. This was the first U.S. tour for both The Who and
Cream, who were eventually reduced to performing one song each so
Murray's wife could dance. Photos of all the acts including a great
full page photo of the late Phil Ochs.

Hard to believe all this talent could be on the same stage as Murray the K.

A very good copy of this scarce item, minor rubbing to wrappers, a
few small creases to the corners, leaves crisp and clean. [25815]
$100
