Nimmanahaeminda, Kraisri. Sankampaeng Glazed Pottery. Chiengmai, 
Thailand:1960. First edition after the 400 copy "gift edition", limited to 
1,100 copies. The discovery of a 15th century kiln site in northern 
Thailand. Many intact and almost intact decorated and glazed wares are 
illustrated. The text is in both Thai and English. Softcover. 7.5"x10", 
[26] + iv + 19 pages, plus 55 b&w illustrations on 30 plates; light soil

Spinks, Charles Nelson. The Ceramic Wares of Siam. Bangkok; The Siam 
Society: 1965. A good reference to the wares of Siam of the 14th and 15th 
centuries and northern Thai wares of the 15th and 16th centuries. In 
addition to a history and description of the ceramics, there is a section 
with line drawings and descriptions of typical forms, and also a helpful 
bibliography of books and articles in both English and Japanese. Softcover. 
7"x9.5", 196 pages, 4 color illustrations and 52 b/w plates; covers
