Deluxe  Edition  printed on handmade paper and SIGNED by the  poet  on
the  last  page  where he gives his real thanks. The first  page  is a
continuation  of the title printed on the front cover and begins  with
the  word "TO" followed by 14 major New York publishers who refused to
publish  Cummings's  poems, though some later published his  titles. A
quirky  book  from a quirky poet, containing some of his  best  poems,
designed to be read in a "flip" style. Near Fine, without dustwrapper,
