William Casey (1913-1987), Director of Central Intelligence from 1981 
to 1987  under Ronald Reagan, where he oversaw covert assistance to 
the mujahadeen in Afghanistan and was principal architect of the 
arms-for-hostages deal, aka,the Iran-Contra affair, had been a 
member of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during World War II. 
Scarce. OCLC and RLIN only show a single copy in the Netherlands at 
their Institute for War Documents. The speech was declassified and 
appeared in the spring 1981 issue of Studies in Intelligence. A very 
good copy,  governmental department stamp and log-in number on front

be billed. Trade allowance. Postage for Domestic orders is $4.00 for 
the first book and $1.50 for each additional volume. Books are 
normally shipped Media Mail. For international orders, postage is 
calculated individually. All books may be returned in original 
condition for any reason within two weeks with prior notification.
