portrait) and a full page plate titled “Charitie” before the title. Printed 
title in red & black, with the Greek words, “Theion Henotikon,” at top. Cont. 
calf, rebacked.     $1,250.00 (trade discount allowed)
The first English translation of the author’s “Tratado del Amor de Dios” 
(1592). A very scarce book. See Wing F1405 B. Not picked up by Palau who lists 
all known translations.
