First  Edition. McMurtry's second book and, with an estimated printing
of  3500  copies, scarcer than his first. Basis for the  Sidney  Lumet
film  LOVIN'  MOLLY.  Light foxing to pastedowns  and  endpapers.  The
dustwrapper,  as with most copies, has been price-clipped and, in this
case,  the  new $4.95 price has been stamped in red at the  bottom  of
the  front  flap.  Other than some light overall soiling  and  a  tiny
closed  tear at the bottom rear, the dustwrapper is quite  attractive.
