the “Casus Breves” (Georg Husner). Undated, but circa 1493. 4to. ff.(108). 
Double column text. 19th cent. straight grained half morocco over boards, a bit 
worn. Small repair to blank gutter of the short-title leaf, slight dust 
soiling, contemporary manuscript notes throughout, and blank verso of final leaf 
covered with notes in a contemporary hand. 8 leaves with headlines very slightly 
shaved. Leaf Q3 with two very small holes.     $4.000.00 (trade discount
