signed by Frost.

FROST,  Robert.  IN THE CLEARING (proof copy). (1962). First  Edition.
Uncorrected  Proof  in  tall blue printed wraps with  a  black  spiral
binding.  From  the estate of Maureen McManus, publicity  director  at
Holt,  Rinehart and Winston, with her ink name on the front cover  and
the  words "Uncorrected" and "Unrevised" crossed out in pencil, as  is
a  sentence about errors on the inside front cover. Near Fine  example
of this uncommon proof.                                        $350.00
