being plate 2.)   The 5-page "Advertisement" is dated 1818.   Light 
offset from frontispiece, otherwise a clean copy with good 
margins.  Garrison/Morton 4308: (the Pavia 1803 edn)  "First accurate 
description of the pathological anatomy of club foot. English 
translation, Edinburgh, 1818."   The frontispiece  shows details of 
the mechanical apparatus designed by Scarpa to correct the malady.
