      History of the oldest continuously active social club in America with 
many interesting anecdotes of Maryland history, genealogical references. The 
South River Club's records go back to the 1740s, and there is evidence of 
the Club's existence perhaps as early as 1700. This copy of the history is 
inscribed by a former chairman and a member of the club, and is #289 of 300. 
Some mild browning along inner margins of endpapers.    $75.00
