      Souvenir booklet containing 24 views including street scenes, homes, 
gardens, prominent buildings, San Pedro Harbor, the pier and pavilion at 
Long Beach, Avalon Bay on Catalina Island, and more. Each image has a 
corresponding caption printed separately on verso of title page or last 
leaf. Printed brown paper covers over a saddle-stapled binding, minimal wear 
and rubs to exterior, inside is clean and bright. Title page has a very 
short (1/4" or less) cleanly closed tear at fore edge. Lovely copy of an 
uncommon booklet.    $50.00
