Rodwell & Martin London 1823 First Edition.  Quarto bound in full 
contemporary red morocco, elaborately gilt.  Beautifully illustrated 
with an engraved title-page and 60 full-page steel engravings, each with 
a leaf of descriptive text (English on one side, the French translation 
on the verso) and a tissue-guard.  Two armorial bookplates.  Rubbing to 
spine and extremities, hinges tender, but still a lovely binding. 
Contents quite fresh.  Very Good or better.   $1750.00
