folio, [viii], 174 pages, Color and b&w paintings. Good in a Good Dust 
Jacket, Jacket in Mylar protector.
      Beautiful collection of the work of Andrew Wyeth, depicting his native 
Pennsylvania countryside and the seacoast of Maine. This large format book 
reproduces almost the entire body of Wyeth's major work, which were 
photographed directly from the originals. The reproduction of the paintings 
was a meticulous process that was supervised by Wyeth himself at every step. 
A stunning collection by one of America's finest tempera painters. Bound in 
tan cloth over boards with dark brown cloth over spine, dark brown 
endpapers. There is a bit of sunfading to top and bottom edges of the darker 
spine cloth, and both pastedowns show a line of mild abrasion from an 
apparent tape removal along jacket flaps. Otherwise the book is clean and 
sound with sturdy hinges and no prior ownership marks. The jacket has a 
closed tear at head of spine, a few minor extremity rubs, and a bit of 
fading along front fore edge fold. There is also evidence of adhesive 
removal along edges of flaps and some residual marks to underside of jacket. 
All in all a bright copy of this exquisite book. **NOTE: Because of the
