Illustrated with a frontis. portrait and 8 full-page text woodcuts. Orig. 
cloth, quite soiled & worn, but hinges still holding. Title a bit soiled & 
frontispiece with two repaired closed tears at the margin. Some foxing throughout.

Worn copy of a very scarce book. Howes F205.   The pagination of this copy is 
correct for the first issue of this title.   Later in 1833 an index was 
added, bringing the page count to 267.
