pioneer work.  Original red wrappers, 7 1/4 X 4 3/4 inches, just the 
slightest cover corner wear, otherwise excellent.  Vii, 56 pages.  In 
a protective cloth folding case. (A copy in this format but inferior 
to this sold at PBA in 2005 for $977.00, described as "a little 
faded, ends a bit chipped, scattered marginal pencil marks [and 
footnote] . . . seldom seen in better condition." The only copy on 
line is priced at $1400.00, described as slightly worn but very
