First editions. Two volumes (of three, lacks the small volume titled 
'Einleitung' (Introduction). Large folio, contemporary (original?) marbled 
boards with cloth spines. 212 pp, + 448 pp, completely illustrated. THE 
EGYPTIAN BOOK OF THE DEAD. Spine panel of volume 2 faded and titled 
(crudely) by hand, light wear to boards and slight repairs to hinges; very 
good. This first edition is quite rare. An OCLC search on Feb 5th 2007 
located no copies of this, only the 1971 reprint.
